After we checked in and got our room keys, we grabbed our stuff and went up to our room. It was interesting to see that once we got inside our room, it was never cleaned. The bed sheets were a mess and dirty towels were all over the bathroom. We went back down to the lobby and were then given a new set of keys to a different room. Thankfully it was actually cleaned, as far as I know atleast, however the bed sheets dont fit the mattress so they keep coming off... Will not go back due to the parking charges. Totally bs to have to pay to park at this place. Feel like I was robbed. Nothing else to say really.
DO NOT STAY HERE. We were very disappointed with this hotel. First, the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting with garbage and leaves floating in them and mold and mildew on the deck and in the hot tub. Second, the hot tub was broken and we were not made aware of this when we booked or checked in. Third, I was alone in the room in the late afternoon when a male staff member, who didn’t speak English, knocked on my door. Great hotel and location, we stayed here for 3 days. The attention of all employees was amazing and friendly. We have been Hilton Hotel honors members for the last 5 years. All amenities were used as intended. Our room was big, clean, and spacious, I loved it 😍. Tonight, we are attending my niece 15 years old private party, Gaby Mora. May God bless her.
