I’ve been a loyal Hilton guest for over 15 years and have never been disappointed until my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Buena Vista. Unfortunately, this property fell short of the standards I’ve come to expect from Hilton. The parking situation was a nightmare, and the additional fees for parking and breakfast felt excessive. We always stay here, the hotel is nice, but not anymore. You need to budget out A LOT more money for parking once you get there. Ridiculous, I am a paying customer, why are you charging an absurd amount for a car parked there—money grab.

I recently stayed at the Hilton, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff Ms Kristi Rolle was genuinely welcoming and helpful. She took care of every little kinks we had in our stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and I really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the room felt after a long day. Do not waste your time or money trying to stay here. We booked 2 rooms for Oct 17th. When we got there 1 room was ready the other was not. Which was fine, we didn't mind waiting. When our rooms were finally ready we went up and our key wouldn't open the door, after 2 trips back down to the lobby, with 1 working elevator, we still couldn't get into our room.
