We had a scary incident with a homeless man who followed us to our room. Security is lax. Very glad I wasn't traveling alone!
Dirty hotel. Bedsheets were stained with dry red substance (blood)?? Bedding hadn't been changed from the visitors prior to my stay. The bedding smelled & so did the room. Carpet was old & stained. I did inform the lady at the desk & housekeeping did change the bedding. Very outdated for a Hilton! 🤮 Don't waste your money or time on this crappy hotel.
Feel a bit sorry for the staff. Rain water dripping from the ceiling... pool not working.... dining option "The Garden Grille" not open. As we were driving a trailer it wasn't easy for just go somewhere else that late in the evening. Hall carpet needs a good shampooing. Pretty run down.
Bathroom smelled like urine. Was urine on the seat when I arrived. Toliet handle broken toilet running all night. They were very nice and switched my room. Next room the AC was making a grinding noise. I was too tired to move again. Ive never had an issue with hotels in 50 years. Surprised me coming from a Hilton. Carpet is stained and furniture is older. I checked for bed bugs due to urine smell. Needs updating/remodel.
