Expensive hotel. Avg quality in everything. Breakfast not included and those who had it, said it was not good. Bar is too exposed in the front. The food servings and very pricey and small serving size. Who eats taco bowl with can corns and absolutely no meat. No room service. Pool is tiny. Bath tub was slippery. No views from the room. Parking in arcade can give you pain coz of tech issue and card didnt work.you will have to call the hotel. Overall, Nope.not again.
Expensive hotel but avg quality. No views. House keeping staff was good. No black tea in console how come? Nobody drinks green tea or jasmine tea in the morning. Just keep the black tea. Asian reception staff had difficulty understanding the word 'TEA'. Parking in arcadia was convenient. Bar upfront didnt give any cozy feeling. No hot tub. Water in pool was not warm enough to use on cold days. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I had an amazing mini moon here after my wedding. The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing. The lobby has a convenient mini store for any possible quick needs you may have. The restaurant and common areas are inviting & beautiful. The staff was kind, helpful & very friendly! The pool area is quite small and more geared towards kids but they have a wonderful outdoors area for adults to enjoy. The only thing to improve it's the breakfast, you should include it. Cheapest hotels does include it.
