The staff here are terrible. I left my shower caddy with brand new products over $100. My fault for leaving it but the staff here are thief's and liars. I checked out drove 3 hrs away to my next location realized I left the caddy immediately called this hotel and they told me they had not cleaned that room yet and they would call house keeping and call me back. I called again and asked about the caddy they said there were no notes that I had called and she said she would get with head of house keeping and get back to me. She... read more
Hotel was in a fine location, staff was friendly enough - I had to ask to switch rooms from the nicest room offered that I had paid for - to a small, mediocre room. My original room was spacious, and clean looking - but once I made it into the bedroom, I noticed two cockroaches on the ground and pulled back the covers on the bed to find some little bugs crawling about. Perfect location near NAS. Check in was easy. Hot tub wasn’t hot but pool was nice.
Ehh, it's about what you'd expect for the price. Fair. Rooms Pretty Clean. Now a days everywhere hits your pockets. Price wasn't the greatest 1257$ 2 rooms 3 nights memorial day weekend. But for the quality compared to some others..it's what you'd expect. Meh. No bath tub for little ones, in our rooms at least. Small pool but quiet. Good for small families. they charge 30$ for breakfast but there are quite a few food places in walking distance.All in All. It's fair considering the quality of cheaper alternatives.
A fav place to stay while in town. The staff are always helpful and rooms are clean. The bonus is Sam the bartender who is an amazing mixologist and keeps it lively. Cheers
