Very worn out. Crappy breakfast and you pay for it. They add the gratuity in automatically. Pool is filthy with no response by management. Worn and torn carpets. Rusty bath fixtures. And some of the front desk personally could care less about looking up at you. Not your daddy's Hilton!
Nice, clean hotel and the staff are very nice. No bar, no restaurant, non stocked beer/wine for sale, pool is green and jacuzzi is broken. Work out room is small and dark. Close to restaurants and cinema. Shady people sitting in their cars in parking lot that aren't staying in hotel. Front doors to lobby are stuck open as they were broken but were shut at night.
Great place to stay locally. Brenda at the front counter was super nice & made sure we had everything we needed! Great hospitality! Kristen was great with service at breakfast!
Great hotel! Excellent service at the front desk, check in was smooth. The room was very spacious, modern and clean with a big tv and I had a nice pool view! Location is very calm and convenient with access to the Town Center area without being chaotic, lots of parking spaces. 100% recommended!
