Sad to see how this has fallen. Parking is an unsecured, shared lot in a shopping center. The owners have instituted 3rd party parking fees via PMC. Insane profit grab. Water pressure was non-existent in the shower. Again, more cost savings by putting in flow-restrictors. No F&B presence in the evening. Front desk has a sign showing how Hilton Honors members should be greeted. By name, recognize past visits, show appreciation. Clean room with friendly staff. Not far from places to eat. Good place to stay for a business trip.
Front desk barely acknowledged me, waited 10-15 minutes for the girl to get off her cell phone so she could check me in. Rooms are noisy but the worst part was incessant dogs barking in nearby room on my floor. Hotel desk clerk refused to do anything, not even alert the manager. I'm in Jax twice monthly for work but not returning to this dump. Avoid this place
This review is mainly to say thank you to Lex at the front desk for her help making my check in/out process super easy. Very friendly and helpful, definitely a good representation of the Hilton brand.
