Best experience ever! The front desk person Lex was so nice and helpful during this whole process. The room was very nice and clean. Definitely will be booking this same hotel again soon.
Great hotel with a great staff, front desk always greets you with a smile and welcome upon arriving. Rooms are always fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend this location. Lots of things to do in area from restaurants, shopping and more
I have been coming to this location for many years. Lex is one of the sweetest staff members and so is Kristen from the breakfast crew. Lex goes above and beyond to make sure im comfortable and safe. She is friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Overall happy with the experience here. It’s in a great location near plenty of stores and restaurants and the movies and only a few minutes from St. John’s. The hotel was nice and clean and no issues aside from the smell of a gas leak that has been looked into and addressed before. We booked and King 1 bed but was a little disappointed that the dimensions of the bed was 72x 75 which is a RV short king mattress and not the regular king mattress.
