Both my husband and I can’t say enough good things about this Hilton. The room was clean, king bed comfy, and the air conditioning worked great! But the best part of our stay was the incredible staff! From Checking in with Artaroshia who is personality plus awesomeness, Jim who was also professional & accommodating, to Jose’ in the restaurant & Rose checking us out in the morning. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing enough that I feel other travelers should be aware. The property appeared largely empty during my stay, yet basic guest services were unavailable. I requested a late checkout and was denied due to a reported staffing shortage. Later, when I needed additional towels for my children, I was again told staff could not assist and that I would need to walk to a neighboring hotel to pick them up myself.
