The outside was safe feeling. The lobby and greeting was nice at first glance. When we arrived to the room, it’s not bad looking but the bathroom was dingy and really felt uncomfortable trying to relax from a long trip. 20$ for a garbage breakfast they should be giving for the 220$ room. 8.50$ for a small thing of ice cream and 6.50$ for a small tea. Royal Greetings from the Banks Family! I forgot the young lady name that check my family in. However, she had some pleasant energy and I also want to point out Jha’ne she went above and beyond to help my family out tremendously on our way checking out! I would highly recommend this hotel the rooms was spacious and the area was peaceful -King Rich Banks
I travel for work and stay at hotels all over the world and the customer service at this hotel was some of the best I have ever received. Vinisha at the front desk has checked me in both of my stays here and she is unbelievable friendly and helpful! The rooms are super nice and updated. Great hotel overall
