Great mattress, clean comfortable room
stayed here early this month for about a week, started out okay, they were friendly. when i got to my room the floors were sticky, i wiped them down with a couple of hand towels they got nasty. i was going to ignore it because i needed the room, then a couple days later i found black mold in the bathroom shower, i asked for another room and the staff was very happy to help, but there was MORE black mold in the new room then the old room, i asked for another different room and they had someone to go clean it before i went the... read more
This is my second stay at this HGI. Last year was better as they had the restraunt leased out and it was really good and you could get made to order breakfast. Not this time around, buffet that was just ok. They are in the process of getting back to where it was. The rooms need updated with USB ports to plug in your electronics. A great selection of TV channels is a big surprise!
Love this place, Suite had an old TV in it with no Streaming, was a bit disappointed, its a small cost to upgrade that, im not sure why the hotel hasn't done that for the cost if a suite too!! Hope it changes! See you all in the future!!
