Very clean hotel. Nice indoor pool, it has a bar with good burgers and pizza, and above all else, the staff is great!
I had a wonderful experience thanks to the front desk clerk, Maliek. He was very welcoming and incredibly sweet. He greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable . His excellent customer service made this experience worth it. I will definitely stay here again!

Honestly the best hotel in Jacksonville. Plentiful parking with no overnight issues. Restaurant has really good food. All the staff are so friendly, and the hotel is always clean. I was stressing over a schedule change, but Maliek at the front desk easily helped me edit my reservation and kept me at the same rate! Airynn is also very welcoming and has made my previous check in/outs so swift.
Great location if you need to get on base but don't want to stay on base. Rooms are nice and seem newly refreshed. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Maliek was so nice and helpful to us, will certainly stay here again if we find our way back to Jacksonville.
