SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE After my complaint they choose to to cancel my membership card and sent me and email saying I was yelling and all. This is all lie, til today I thoguht lie has limit but after my stay at this hotel I realized lie has no limit or boundary ( including manager name JESSICA and person who works name ERICA ) Worst manager and management.

This hotel was undergoing a remodel - a fact that no one disclosed when we booked it. The lobby was dusty, with plastic tarps over seating areas and some tables in the eating area. The pathway to the elevators was dusty with tape and fresh paint on the walls. The exercise area was closed. Our room had been remodeled and was quiet and clean. We were there for 3 nights, so the inconveniences were fairly significant. We would have stayed elsewhere had we know the condition of the facility. I'm daimond member of Hilton. This is my 100th plus Hilton stay. So I came to get drink for my self at 9:45 p.m the lady server name ERICA supposed to serve me drink because they offer drink of course with pay and I was willing to pay but she refused to offer service to me and receptionist was so helpful she actually supported me saying you're right about service but sorry that part is not under me so I wont be able to help you. Stayed on a Sunday night. Hotel was quiet. Currently hotel is under renovation. Gym & pool closed. We stayed in a suite. Room was clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but it didn't bother us, just wanted to mention incase you are looking for and like a large hotel bathroom. Complementary coffee in the lobby in the AM.
