We never miss a chance to spend a night at this hotel when we have to be in town overnight. We love the king suite with the amazing view of the river. The service here is always stellar, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect.
The only good thing about staying at this hotel is the view. Paid $225 for a room way too much to pay to be honest. The customer service was completely horrible they was rude and the food was horrible do not eat the biscuits!!!

If you have an issue with booking, work with Justine, she is excellent. Alexis is not. Would not provide us with the room switch were were promised. Justine helped us get the room we wanted. This was the second time we had issues with her. The rooms are mid, not cozy, worn down. The balcony rooms have a great view of the river. Used to love to go there for those views when we'd stay in town, but I don't feel like risking a hassle. Sad.
