Staff is great. Rooms and the state of the building are less than ideal. The bathroom cleanliness was not as thorough as it should be, for paying for a hotel room. This shouldn’t be a poorly run air b’n’b room. There’s no filtered water (besides disposable water bottles) in the building except at the bar, which is closed most of the day. The ice machine on each level requires water. Which means there could be a filtered water station right there with the ice machine. Disgusting room! Stunk, pubic hair in the bathtub, and pee around the toilet. Worst hotel ever. Never received an apology once we asked to be put in another room.
The service and attention were very good, but the cleanliness of the rooms was very bad. I removed the bedspread from my bed and found bread crumbs on the sheets. They gave me another room, and I saw a cockroach. I also found a clipped nail on the nightstand from the previous guests. It’s disgusting. I have stayed at this hotel for months, and this is the third time it has happened to me. It will be the last because I will look for another hotel that is actually clean.
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE BROKEN INTO! Our truck was one of 4 broken in to 4/23/25. Mind you our truck was in plain sight of the front desk. There is No security! Also had to get a room change because the A/C wasn’t working properly. Our pillows were flat and just not in the best condition. Just a terrible experience. As a Hilton I expected the best
