Have stayed here a lot it just keeps getting worse. Room wasnt properly cleaned especially in the bathroom. This was fixed by getting a new room immediately. The new room was okay but this is an older hotel and stuff looks beat up. Could only use the shower massage setting due to so much calcium any other setting just sprayed everywhere. I go down to get some drinks from the pantry fridge and it was legit empty on day one then had like sprite and coke the second day. We had a confirmed reservation with Hilton Garden Inn and even completed digital check-in online, but upon arrival, we were told there were no rooms available due to a broken AC. No prior email, no phone call—nothing. Worse, their front desk phone was completely shut down, and even Hilton’s corporate office couldn’t reach them. The staff showed zero accountability and didn’t even offer an apology. I'm an analytical so it was a little hard for me to pick a hotel I looked at all the ones with the bad reviews and I thought oh no there's no hotel off of 249 that's going to be a good review but then I found this one. i made the right chooce. Great location and service, friendly staff.
