Tells u there is rooms available less than 5 miles away. Get there and tells me I’m 5 minutes too late. Really disappointed. But it’s ok. Wouldn’t expect anything else from who is running the front desk.
One of the better Hilton Garden Inn locations in Texas. The property is well-maintained, the rooms are very clean and up-to-date. One word of caution, in my particular room, the coffee machine had a big buildup of mold and water stains. But who uses those machine machines anyway? This was a very nice and luxurious room for a low price! The beds were super comfy, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for the room is because you have to pay for breakfast separately which I did not like. However, the rooms cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the Houston area.
Arman was very helpful with helping me an my family with anything that we needed help with an the stay was met with mine an my family’s needs.
