WARNING!!! YOUR CAR WILL BE STOLEN OFF THIS PROPERTY!!! Front Desk Worker Lisa is extremely rude. My car was stolen from the parking lot and instead of having compassion Lisa turned up her unprofessionalism to full throttle. I spoke to manager Elizabeth Serna, who wasn't rude but did make a promise that she DID NOT keep. These rooms are beautiful! Very clean, very welcoming. The staff at the desk and restaurant are kind and helpful. The location, close to the airport is very convenient. Restaurant food is good. I definitely recommend this place.

I have been staying at hotels from cheap motels to high class motels. And this was the worst. There was a large yellow puddle in the shower. The toilet wouldn’t stop running at all. The staff left the front desk unattended when I got here making me for quite a bit, but when I got a room transfer they said they didn’t come tell us because they couldn’t leave the desk….
