Mark was not nice.
Very clean hotel and room. Breakfast was good and included hot food. Very well maintained common areas and room was very spacious. Location is the best! Walking distance from the Galleria
Low profile multi level hotel nestled around similar buildings. If your not looking you'll pass right by. Nice and clean. Everything's in order here. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Pool, hot tub, bar. Light breakfast provided. Only one night stay. If in the area again we'll stay there for sure.
Paid $28 upon arrival for parking to find out the King Suite room I booked online was unavailable. The only room they had was a double queen handicapped accessible room. I was expected to pay the same amount, and the beds were 1ft off the floor. Staff was kind enough to allow my cancellation of the reservation so I could go stay elsewhere. Facility is in need of deep cleaning, and overall upgrades.
