Isn’t very good place
TLDR - they gave our room away. We showed up on a Friday night at around midnight. We knew this would be our approximate arrival time. We called two days before to make sure they knew this and to flag our account. When we got there, they had given our room away. Three people ended up in a room with one king bed. I slept in the floor. They got us an additional room the next day and through in some free parking/breakfast. However, I will not fully trust Hilton again. Spent the weekend there with family , had a great time at the Rodeo, no issues to complain about. One service elevator down but otherwise ok
Stayed here for 1 night while visiting Houston for business. Hotel is conveniently located near the Galleria area without being in the middle of it. Service was friendly. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice kitchen & living area. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Plenty of parking in the secured parking garage. I would stay here again.
The Hotel and restaurant are very nice and clean. The breakfast delicious. The front desk costumer service was not good. The people working there were not welcoming or polite in fact they were quite rude and bad mannered - not at all representing of the Hilton Hotel name. I hope this costumer service improves but for now is only 2 stars and we will not be coming back.
