What can I say about my stay at this property? Absolutely impeccable! Ashley and Kody are very welcoming and make you feel at home when you step up to the front desk. Sarah works at the restaurant/bar, and does a phenomenal job at keeping the same continuity of impeccable customer service flowing. As a 10 year diamond member, I will say this properly definitely hits differently from most. I can’t recommend this property enough to the most discerning and loyal Hilton members enough.
Amazing and always friendly people
I don’t usually like to leave a bad review but have given the hotel manger almost 2 weeks to respond and can’t get an email or call back.. My husband travels a lot for work and stays with Hilton and IHG more than he’s home. Don’t do like we did and assume since it’s a Hilton Garden it would be a nice place to stay! We had multiple issues on our stay and emailed the manager to get a response as it’s impossible to catch a manager on duty at this hotel and have yet to get a response after almost 2 weeks. It's with great disappointment that I've visited this location several times in order to secure a venue for my upcoming event and has yet to actually see or speak with the lady over it! Yes, I've let a message and almost feel as if I'm stalking her to spend my money! It obviously a tell tale sign that this isn't the place for me or the guest that I would have coming in! Smh! On March 12, 2026, my family and I arrived around 11:00 PM after a long day of traveling, completely exhausted and ready to rest. After settling into the room and getting ready to sleep around 1:00 AM, we noticed multiple stains on the bed sheets. Upon closer inspection, the stains appeared to be blood, which was extremely alarming considering my children were about to sleep in that bed.
