Hotel is nice, but the kitchen and bar was closed during the evening. Kitchen was open but staff was a little rude and breakfast was an open buffet for $17.00 no bacon, they wanted an additional $7.00 for bacon and an additional $10.00 for a waffle. Also, room had no complimentary water. A 16 Oz bottle water in the room would cost you $3.50.

The hotel was nice and especially convenient to be right off the highway. The hotel has very friendly kind and accommodating Staff. The only thing I would change is the way to pay for food. It’s better to just get the food made to order for breakfast it’s hot, fresh and really good instead of the buffet. We paid ahead for the breakfast (buffet) but learned quickly that the made to order is much better with omelettes, pancakes, and baco, and waffles with fresh sliced strawberries oh my goodness!! it is so good and the waiters... read more

Any hotel that doesn’t offer a TV capable of connecting to personal streaming services such as Netflix, Prime or Apple TV is failing their customers. The Hilton inn and Gardens in Hoffman Estates is such a place. I made the mistake of staying here and I’m trying to save you from that same mistake. Look elsewhere!
