Stayed here last week but they show me as a no show. I've called twice to get it fixed and promised I would get a call from the GM but she has yet to reach out. I like this hotel. It's central to the business I have in the area and had zero issues with the construction on my floor while there. I just need the billing corrected and a correct invoice provided. Amazing stop on our spring break travels with three young kids. Rooms and property is newly renovated and it’s modern and open. Room was clean and great for kids. Friday night they had a band in the lobby, which was such a vibe. Breakfast and coffee were ready early, which was great when my littlest baby woke early. Staff was so kind and engaging. Emma at the front desk and the Saturday morning breakfast staff (esp Dora) who played with my baby at 5-6am while we waited for the rest of my family to wake up really brought the ... read more
