Very disappointed in my stay with this hotel. As a Diamond Member I expect more from the management at this hotel. The hotel made a mistake with credit and refused to completely fix it over $20. The AGM has the worst customer service and hung on me when trying to work it out. Don't expect much here, we checked in late waited 15 min for someone to come out of the back. Didn't make a big deal as it was midnight, but now seeing how the hotel operates in can see there isn't much focus on customers.
Great hotel. Conveniently located near the Hickory Metro Convention Center & Visitors Bureau and neighborhood restaurants.
Shopping restaurants also convention center.
