It's a small Convention Center, looks nice at first glance. It's clean and presentable. Shuttle lady, Cruz is very sweet. Front desk people are nice. Restaurant people, not so nice. They dont know how to answer the phone, act like you should know their menu which is nowhere to be found, then hang up on you. Little things eat away at your experience, like: dirty coffee pot, shower door that won't stay closed, air conditioner that rattles even when you turn it off and rattles so loudly it makes the bed vibrate.
