This Hotel is disgusting! As a former house keeper I can tell you that they don't follow proper cleaning guidelines and it has forever ruined my views of staying at hotels for the rest of my life! I saw house keepers use the toilet brush on the outside of the toilets and urinals after dipping it inside the toilet/urinal bowl. Then use the same rag they used for the toilet to also wipe down the mirrors and counter tops, all without wearing gloves or washing their hands. Talk about spreading germs! 2 stars and would give one if it was not for the excellent housekeeping staff. Staying here with the military. I've stayed at over a dozen hotels on federal and state levels and have allways gotten points for my visit don't understand why that's not the case here. Upon check in the staff told me to put away my phone "we don't give points for your stay here" don't understand why that's the case it's never been at Hilton brands or any other chain I've stayed at under the circumstances without a reason given.
