Everything was going great with the front desk, room cleanliness, and overall experience until the restaurant service fee was not disclosed, we only saw a sign until after we ate and it was a small sign at the bar. 1st time here, Great rooms spacious beds, comfortable and clean, customer service is incredible, ideal location in the Harlingen area,
Great hotel and friendly staff, shuttle will take you anywhere you want to go in town. Hotel restaurant is also very good. Definitely recommend!
Don’t plan to eat breakfast unless you have 30 to 45 minutes to wait. Room had a damp stench Used multiple bell carts all had flat tires once you load your luggage very difficult to pull around
