Excellent as long as you don’t interact with the front desk. When you did, a frown was the first thing you saw. We checked out on the morning of August 10th. The person at the front desk was the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered at a hotel. Not welcoming at all.
Clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel that delivers excellent service. The rooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Overall I would say this hotel is a great place to stay. The location is very good as it is not too far from the Jersey turnpike off I-195. It is near a lot of places to eat and even is close to six flags. The rooms were very clean and smelt nice. The restaurant was overpriced but the food was still good. The pool and outdoor sitting area is spectacular. The pool room has a garage door which you can open for some fresh air. The outdoor seating area is great for sitting and relaxing. We had my daughter's bridal shower at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hamilton. Missy & Alex & Jen were wonderful! The service staff were professional. The venue was beautiful. I would book a future event here
