Rooms don't get cleaned daily because they this is a business hotel. But.... My co workers room was cleaned and reset, mine was not. Why was I given a BS excuse by the front desk when all I wanted was coffee. With that said, the evening bar tender is an absolute sweetheart. Did a very good job.
Check in and out was easy and fast. However that is where the good ends. The elevator was making sounds like we would meet our demise. Stepping off the elevator onto our floor felt like we walked into a sauna. The hallway was SO hot. We entered the room and thank goodness the AC worked. The ceiling in our room had a hole in it. The beds (we had 2 queens) sqeaked EVERY SINGLE TIME you would move in the bed; which of course would wake us up from our sleep. Definitely not up to the Hilton standards that we have come to love.
