I am a Hilton Diamond Member who only uses Hilton Branded Hotels. This is my second stay at this hotel and previously stayed 4 years ago. During my recent stay on 12/8 in Room 523 I found that this hotel was in need of upgrades to include the terrible quality of bed and pillows. This was one of my poorest nights sleep in a Hilton Branded Hotel. I did send my complaint to the Hilton Diamond Desk and also reviewed the hotel with the survey sent to me by Hilton.
