Great place. First room i was assigned i wasnt happy with so i just asked for a different one and was taken care of quickly. Bar was nice and the fill in staff that was covering bartending was doing a great job - thanks Emily. Food was great, chef was taking care of anything needed even right at opening out of the gate. Used the hot tub and it was nice and relaxing. Even if I was a Bears fan - still got 5 star service.

I may have stayed in a recently renovated or maintained room, but from a maintenance standpoint this was one of the better Hilton rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The caulk and grout lines were clean, the carpet was mostly in good shape, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. For the bad - The in room couch is in dire need of replacement. It looked heavily used. The desk chair was covered in stains. I used a towel to sit on it.

I had a great 5 night stay while in town for work. Great location, several great restaurants both on site and within walking distance, brewery right next door was also a plus.

Awful experience. I stayed for multiple days, they told me that room service was every other day. I never received room service during my stay. Don’t bother asking the housekeepers in the hallways because the one I spoke to said she didn’t speak English. I asked 3 times for room service and had to go to the desk for towels. The front desk staff brushed me off because it’s “not their job”. I will not be staying here again.
