After a rough premature departure from another hotel late at night, the Garden Inn was a sight for sore eyes! The staff was so friendly and helpful despite the hour, the room was clean comfortable, the pool, fitness center, and other amenities were well maintained, and I could go ON about the quality of breakfast! The staff was super understanding when I asked about late check-out, and even more understanding when we were running late for our late check-out and got us back into our room with little fuss. 1st time staying here and was very happy. Rooms were nice and clean, team was friendly. Good location - several places to eat right around. Dining room is good! Got a great caesar salad with salmon for dinner and it was really good. Only complaint- breakfast. Hilton - you've got to get better and make some changes to breakfast!! Made to order is good (delicious omelette) but the buffet had eggs that tasted like they were made from powder and not a lot of options. Hilton breakfast is tired! Me and my friends were going to stay here in November. This Hotel decided to raise the rates after we had booked and told us to either pay more or find a different place. What a joke of a company, as if the Hilton needs our extra $300. I would suggest finding anywhere else to stay as they obviously do not care about the customers. What a joke of a company. I will never stay at a Hilton resort for the rest of my life. If I could give negative stars I would.
