Hotel was very clean and the lobby was beautiful. My fiancé is a Hilton honors member and she found this gem on our stay at great falls. Room was great and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. 10/10.
Do not recommend the sales department. After about a month of trying to book an event here we are moving on after multiple broken promises. Since when is it hard to even call someone back?????
The room was nice. The blinds didn’t work though. Most of the staff was a pleasure to talk to. Not all, but most. I did see two tiny black bugs floating around my bed…..so they probably have bed bugs which is gross.
I stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Great Falls pretty often, and it’s my favorite place to stay in Montana for work. A big reason why is the amazing staff! Recently my AC unit went out on a 90° day, and Brandi and Orion went above and beyond to help me out. They quickly moved me into another room, checked in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable, and truly made me feel taken care of. It’s experiences like this that keep me coming back.
