Moved rooms because the first room didn’t have a working shower (which makes to question how did housekeeping clean the tub?) the bed was also filthy. Moved to another room and I give up…I just drove cross country and want to sleep. Shower works. Dirty and stained mattress still. Maybe I’m weird but I wish they had mattress protectors on the beds… bottom sheet barely covers the mattress. Our stay had some positive aspects, but unfortunately several issues made the experience disappointing. Starting with breakfast, it was extremely busy and there was only one server attending all guests. The poor young woman looked completely overwhelmed. It’s surprising that during weekends, at a hotel with a high volume of guests, management does not schedule at least two staff members.
