Very nice clean, highly recommended. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive to concerns and accommodations. Amy went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Gastonia N.C. The staff was very accommodating and friendly the rooms were pristine clean. The hotel was quiet at night. The bed were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with an array of of breakfast items.
The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel with a very comfortable atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the lounge and the bar area. The staff was pleasant, and overall the hotel was nice. However, the mattresses need to be replaced, we were on the 5th floor….The bed was very uncomfortable, and I actually had to put two blankets on top of the mattress just to make it comfortable enough to sleep. With better mattresses, this would have been an excellent stay.
Never stay here again. Have a wedding scheduled at 3 very near here and requested a late check out and was given a whole 1/2 hour due to "light" day. That is a BS reason and what good does 1/2 hr do. Very poor customer service.
