First time staying at this location and it was such a BAD experience the two women in the front desk were so RUDE and RACIST because I look Hispanic they weren’t treating me as good as other white people that were there checking in, I will NEVER come back to this hotel, very unprofessional if I knew at this hotel they had preference for race I would’ve never put my foot in there I would’ve rather stay at Hyatt instead people are much nicer there so if you are Hispanic don’t come here go to Hyatt instead.
