I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and had a mostly positive experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. However, one aspect of the stay caught me off guard: the lack of daily housekeeping. Nice hotel with a very nice view but the front desk staff is nothing to write home about. I lodged there with a couple of friends and were charged for breakfast twice while we had breakfast only once. we were charged for parking while we were only visiting Fredericton and never had a car. The manager could'nt even handle the matter in a professional manner nor hear from me but instead took a very biased decision. I nor my friends wouldn't go back there or recommend it to anyone because of the rather unfriendly treatment
