Pleasant standard Hilton property. The location is good such that you can walk to most places in the downtown (even picaroon across the river is only 20 minutes stroll). Our room was big enough and had a nice river view.
Arrived late, but already did an online check-in. Looks like we were given the last room with two queen beds, which was a handicap room. The room was nice and spacious, clean. But I had major issues with the check-in person, Jalal. He informed us that housekeeping was only on demanded and we would have to ask for clean towels or any other products. Turns out he was telling other people that housekeeping was every other day. His overall disposition was so unpleasant, we encountered him every evening that we were at the hotel ... read more
