Our family recently celebrated my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary at the hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We’ve been here twice and every time the check in was a disaster. They only have one person at the front desk to check people in late night and the first time, there was a person before us talking to the front desk for about 20 minutes and when it was our turn, the front desk guy didn’t even apologize for our wait. And the second time, there were three groups of people waiting to check in, and there was no people at the front desk. We waited for about 15 minutes to finally get a person to check us in. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and was convenient with location. Only complaints have to be that it was difficult to find ice as one machine was out of ice and the other was hidden and not had no directions. One elevator was also down, which might have just been because of the renovations. I would still come back again.
