Had a party at this hotel. Was charged a very high cost for meals that were inedible. Wrote a letter to the Corporate office, copied the manager & the person in charge of the hospitality department. Never received a response from any of them.
Staff was friendly, room heating or cooling system smelled musty
Worst Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at. I am planning on coming back to Fredericksburg but will NOT stay here. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and old and the TV is outdated. Just very disappointed. They do not offer free breakfast with your stay which is fine but other hotels do. Glad it was my birthday as they waived my $7 dollar parking fee because it was my birthday. Still can’t believe they charge 7 dollars to park when it it an open lot off the interstate. That’s insane and completely ridiculous.
Nice hotel, it is going through renovations right now, so when they are done im sure the rooms will be 5 star. Location is great in the Fredericksburg area. Service is top notch, helpful, friendly and the reason why im even doing a post.
