Super nice hotel and clean bathrooms. One day when I can afford to I might actually stay here
BED BUGS! Got 70+ bites on my body after staying at their location last Sunday. Called the hotel multiple times and when I finally spoke to a manager I was told “ there’s nothing they could do” No apology , no refund, no discount . Terrible customer service . Appalled at how they handled this !
We had a great stay! Every interaction with staff was genuinely positive—super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and just what we needed. The pool was also a hit—clean and the perfect size for our toddler to splash around like a tiny Olympian. Breakfast was easy and speedy. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and good value. Parking was a little tight with a small lot, but we snagged a spot and were able to enjoy our stay stress-free (a rare win when traveling with a toddler). The location was amazing—clos... read more
