This is more of a suggestion than a review. I had booked a stay back in July and from that time to my book date on 9/28 my debit card was stolen and I had to replace it. The hotel tried to charge my card and it obviously did not go through. They emailed me 3 days prior to my stay stating it was cancelled however I did not receive 1 phone call to try and remedy this situation. The mini fridge in the room was broke. Nobody ever came for room service, they said when you stay two nights 3 days nobody comes to clean the room. Only if you were to stay a 3rd night. Which I have never heard of at any hotel I stayed at. I was told the valet was complimentary by employees outside then charged 65$ at the desk for it. The room was standard, nothing great and for over 400$ per night you would expect a better experience.
