Clean rooms and the best service around. I’ve stayed at almost every Hilton Hotel from Fort Myers to Naples and this hotel is by far the best. The front desk associates are extremely nice and courteous which is great after traveling all day. Highly recommended
Nice clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool. Breakfast menu and food was very good. Buffet breakfast on weekend as an option was very fresh and well prepared.
We had suit booked. Came here for a week with big family and they tell us sorry we don’t have any suits available. They just gave us a normal room. Was totally disappointed
Highly upset with this place. I stayed here with my children so I'd be close to the children's hospital for my daughter's procedure. Upon check-in, the receptionist made a rude comment about my daughter. She is 5yrs old, nonverbal, and autistic. The woman called her a zombie! Excuse me? The room wasn't clean. It smelled awful. We found a cockroach in the shower. The worst Hilton I've ever stayed in.
