The staff was friendly when they were around but don't expect someone to answer if you call early in the morning as I had no luck even when I walked down to try and find someone. Then there was a cockroach in the bathroom when my mother turned on the light and finally a fowl odor coming from the side of the bed. Then on checkout I was just told she would let the manager know. They didn't try to rectify anything.
Stay here all the time for business and pleasure. Service both breakfast and lunch great.
I just want to say that Jeanette at the front desk was very accommodating. She is one of those genuinely nice people, but you don’t come across a lot.
Nice rooms, clean and comfortable.
