Very comfortable and accommodating! Friendly staff, and nice clean facilities! Highly recommend and close to many restaurants and shopping!
It took 45 minutes to make this reservation with a person who is NOT at your location. She claimed to have called the front desk and confirmed everything I asked for. This was a very important weekend that was ruined by your incompetence of the reservation desk, front desk, and manager. I asked for a first floor room facing parking. My husband is handicapped and needs to be on ground level. We also needed to see our show car for this trip, and usually park right outside of our room when we travel. I was given room 112. Just don't stay here. There are way better hotels for less with free breakfast. They only have $20 Buffett and you can't get just a coffee or a piece of toast and their "fancy" coffee is just a machine they have to take the effort to fill. The showerheads suck, the bed is hard, and it isn't in a great part of town. However it is close to Florida Boys burger joint and you should definitely go there!!! It is amazing and worth the drive! Try to share because it's big portions and you'll want to try the original FL frog legs!
