Nighttime staff were fantastic
I originally left one star because of the service and our experience. On our way out Scott the manager was downstairs and asked us about our stay. He was very apologetic really sweet. Robert was also there and gave top-notch service when we asked for coffee since we didn't have any in the room. Accountability is huge for me. I understand it's nobody's fault with the issues in our room but the attitude they had made a huge difference and made me want to give them two five stars.!! Really sweet and caring individuals. The only reason I put one star was because I needed to. I will never ever stay here again. It was not cheap. I don’t mind paying for a great experience so I booked it. We bought $100 worth of groceries and the fridge stopped working and spoiled our groceries!! The TV did not work the whole time we were here. The bathroom shower / bathtub did not work asked for them to come and repair it. they sent the maintenance person and nothing was fixed.
