Worst damn bed ever!
The entire experience at this hotel was terrible!! If I could give it zero starts I would! My reservation was for 1 night but they changed it to 2 and charged me for 2 nights even after I spoke with them confirming I had already checked out. The staff at this location is rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I've stayed at hundreds of Hilton hotels over the years and have never experienced such a poor customer experience as I did at this hotel!
