Nice clean room ,polite service, alot of shopping and restaurants in the area
I have such mixed feelings about the Hilton Hotel in Florence KY. Last year my stay was much better. The room that I chose, through the app, was not ready at 3:00 which is check in time. They eventually found an available room on a different floor. One shower door rolled all the way open during every shower, the shower head dripped nonstop onto the flat pan drain. Both were fixed with towels daily. The power circuit for the room flipped from using my blow dryer and plugging in a flat iron. The pool area has been neglected ov... read more
Great place to stay and home base out of.
PARKING IS NOT FREE!!! Heads up! They will charge you $8 to park per night which was a surprise as this was not listed anywhere when we booked this hotel. They definitely try to get as much money as possible out of you. Breakfast costs extra, $12.99 for an adult and it is a cheap continental breakfast, definitely not worth it. Rooms are new, but tiles were loose in bathroom, and furniture is cheap. Nightstand was already cracked for a brand new hotel.
