Night time bar and staff in 4/26 were fantastic . So personable and fun. Very professional . We will be back .
Family members stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 2671 Hospitality Blvd. in Florence, South Carolina 29501 from Friday-Sunday, 3-5 April 2026. They reported the room conditions to the front desk staff. Attached are pictures of the bathroom in room 610. The rust around the floor in the bathroom shower. The condition of the bathroom was the worst as the shower door was difficult to open and close. I am a diamond rewards member for a long time and have never had such a horrible experience at a hilton hotel as i did today. Not only was my adjoining rooms not available, which i booked a month ago but the front desk people were the worst customer service individual I have encountered since being a hilton honors member especially the one mamed Chris. I will never stay at this hilton every again and am wondering what benefit being a diamond member is if this is the interaction that i get at a hilton hotel.
