Hotel rooms smelled awful, carpet looks old and dirty. Nervous about sleeping in the bed, nothing looked clean. Badly needs renovated. Couldn’t wait to check out
I left a red dress in room 417, called housekeeping to see if housekeeping turned in my dress and the answer was no, no one turned in a red dress. So does this mean no one cleaned the room.
The rooms were clean, although the bathrooms need to be updated. The staff was excellent. They have complementary Starbucks coffee 24 hours a day. I would stay here again.
