We stayed here 2 nights while in town for an event. The hotel is currently under renovation (which was clearly communicated beforehand) but we experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. Our room was newly furnished, spacious and smelled so fresh! Staff were all very friendly and the restaurant breakfast was delicious. (Shoutout to our wonderful server Marissa T. and the cook who prepared those outstanding grits. :) All in all, a very positive experience. Would definitely stay again
I was extremely disappointed, this hotel is remodeling but no one tells you until you are in the check in. They couldn't even prepare a key for my room when I arrived because the system was down,T. he carpet in my room was dirty and smelly. Horrible place, avoid it!
Upon checking in on Friday, I was assigned a room on the top floor. I was not aware that the ongoing lobby renovations would result in audible noise on the eighth floor. The noise persisted throughout the day, and it was not possible to mitigate it even by increasing the television volume. Therefore, if one intended to rest, it was only feasible to do so at night.
