We had a wonderful experience with Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding! We communicated with Katrina for months leading up to the big day, and she was incredibly helpful. The girls got ready in the suite, which had plenty of space for all of us. We used the hotel shuttle to get to the venue, and it was spacious and modern. We paid to have the hotel bar stay open late for an after-party, and we got Wawa and Dominos delivered. We gave everyone breakfast vouchers instead of welcome bags, and the breakfast was very good! Nice pull off from the road with a decent amount of parking in well lit areas. Room was clean, bathroom appeared in good shape with decent water pressure and heating, and the AC was functioning. Location is noted for a return stay for when we drive through the area again.
Hands down the most Philly experience I have ever had. Confrontational staff who only want to talk over you and over charge you. They will try and scam you out of your food credits and then when called out have no idea how to fix it. Love to scream at you but don't know how to do simple tasks. But at least we were there when the hotel was taken over by golf tournament which turned all other customers into third class guests. They turned over our room before we had even checked out. Hilton Garden Inn exceeded our expectations! Katrina was AMAZING to work with - so incredibly kind, prompt, organized, and accommodating. Our wedding was at French Creek Golf Club and this hotel was the perfect location - close enough to the venue, and also close to many different options for the rehearsal dinner the night before. The rooms were clean, check in was easy, and we loved being able to hang out at the bar and the outdoor fire pit.
