I am a proud, loyalty Hilton member! I am very sorry to write a negative review but some of the staff at this hotel are very rude. The morning coffee was very cold and when I brought it to the attention of the attendant, I got attitude about it. Additionally, the hotel boast a great location with nice exterior landscaping but the inside isn’t the standard of most Hilton hotels. House keeping was awesome and hotel staff was exceptional
Service is good - the dinner selection is ok but well cooked - breakfast in the morning depending on time you can have eggs a little colder but if you want, there is a menu to order from which is good - the rooms are very clean and the water is hot in the morning - very good value for the buck
My daughter and I were traveling through Evansville on 2-12-2026 on our way to Atlanta when we were involved in a serious traffic accident. The Evansville police dept contacted the Hilton Garden Inn and they said we could wait in their lobby till my son in law could get there and pick us up and continue our trip.
