I have had nothing but positive & wonderful interactions with every staff member I come in contact with. Their customer service is top notch. When you stay stop by the Hearth restaurant & bar see Jamie & Shawn. They are truly amazing. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. Traveling a lot for work I’ve stayed a few places in Dover but this is my go to. This location really disappointed me. My wife got stranded with all her bags and our daughter and they did little to nothing to help her. They didn’t have any rooms at the time, which is fine, but they didn’t assist her with options or even help her move all her belongings to the location next store. Something that would have taken them 5 minutes and at least gave her more security. This place upcharges for even the most simple accommodations. The beds arent comfy and they dont even have comforters on them. Its like the thinnest quilt ive ever seen. Never in my life have I had to pay anything extra for continental breakfast? And theyre trying to charge 16$ for that here, despite us being told at check in that breakfast was... continental.
