Overall, the stay went very well. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming with a very easy trucking process. The lobby seemed well kept not dirty. The room had been clean prior to me coming. The only issue I had was one of the sets of pillows had stains on the cover. The other set did not. The rooms themselves are a little outdated, but you’re more than likely not here for a fancy experience. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

All Hilton should take example from this branch! Newly renovated! Such a friendly people. Delicious breakfast!

Double Charged once upon check in and then again on departure - Incompetent Front Desk Staff - Nothing but an Argument from The General Manager Clifford Weber upon requesting my return call - It's not the banks fault when the front desk desk requests pending authorizations - He doesn't need to be running the - BUSINESS BLAMING THE BANK - they didn't put authorizations through against my Visa card - YOU DID - The Hotel - Dover High Graduate Class of 1988 ( My Hometown ) Beautiful Weekend except for Monday Morning Returning ho... read more

UPDATE: After seeing the owners response which made all the focus on the hotel not providing free breakfast...that was the least of our worries here. We couldn't even use the pool because people not staying at the hotel were bringing their whole families in. The appliances were busted in some way for both rooms and forgot to add the fridge for the first... The room was small for a king suite, no bath tub, no door or separation from living room to bedroom. No free breakfast like most all other garden inns or hamptons provide ... read more
