Serenity was awesome! Her energy and smile were infectious and made our work trip 10x better
They overbooked and couldn’t accommodate the first night of my stay. I had to find accommodations at another hotel for the evening of my stay the night before. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience either.. once checked in, the room was dirty. A complaint was made at the front desk and something was written in a book and was told it would be taken care of. The next day the bathroom still had hair everywhere in the shower.
