The parking situation here is ridiculous. There is no public parking garage, you must park a couple blocks away or valet for $50 per night
This hotel is fine. The location is a bit weird. There is walk-ability but there's not a ton right around the hotel. Our view from our room is an electrical substation. But there is a pool, a gym, and an attached restaurant/bar. The rooms are clean and nice. They don't offer room service daily but every other day. We requested extra towels that were never delivered. Overall the experience was ok. Good for the money.
We had such a wonderful experience working with Christian Pagan at the Hilton Garden Inn Union Station while booking rooms for our wedding. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and flexible as our plans shifted throughout the process. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Christian made this part of it so much easier by being responsive and professional every step of the way. We are so grateful for his help and highly recommend working with him if you’re planning a group booking or event!
