Clean, quiet and comfortable.
The staff here went above and beyond to help my girlfriend when she sustained an injury that left her unable to walk for the second half of our stay. We were very impressed with their hospitality and helpful nature. The room was very clean and relatively quiet considering the downtown location. The water pressure in the shower was great, which can be a huge source of annoyance with some hotels. Clean room, great customer service and a whopper for valet parking!! They do have a parking garage, however there is no do-it-yourself here. There are many pay to park lots near by, secure at your own risk.
