We had such a wonderful experience working with Christian Pagan at the Hilton Garden Inn Union Station while booking rooms for our wedding. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and flexible as our plans shifted throughout the process. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Christian made this part of it so much easier by being responsive and professional every step of the way. We are so grateful for his help and highly recommend working with him if you’re planning a group booking or event!
The Front Desk Staff made our stay! Jolie is very welcoming and knowledgeable! She was so patient to answer our questions. She went above and beyond to genuinely care for the people staying at the hotel, including us. Also, a shout out for Swagata, she was so kind in helping, because of her we were able to enjoy the 1881 original Denver firehouse retrofitted into a delicious restaurant! This hotel has prime location to Union Station which makes very convenient if you are planning to take California Zephyr in the morning.
