Great place to stay, especially if you’re going to a baseball game. Tons to do in the area. The hotel was clean and had a great restaurant attached. The front desk staff is awesome! Marysah and Queen were so helpful and accommodating with our stay! Some of the greatest customer service we have experienced here in Denver. We will definitely be back!
The location was great and room typical. The manager Mike and most of the staff were really great and helpful. The only frustrating part was I was told multiple times that check out was 12pm and I had some zoom meetings to take prior to check out. Housekeeping interrupted my meetings multiple times, first at 10am then again a few times before 12pm. I asked them not to come in and they kept knocking & coming in anyway.. Very nice place. This is clearly a well run Hotel. Thank you for making a bumpy trip to Denver much nicer.
Very close to Union Station. We had a twin double room that was very spacious. Good ensuite. In the lobby there are a few easy chairs to rest in. Also free morning coffee. We arrived early and the receptionist Jolie was just brilliant. Checked us in, made us welcome, and we were able to get into our room upon arrival. All thanks to Jolie. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel offering breakfast lunch and dinner.
Amazing! The front desk ladies Jolie + Queen were so helpful and got us into an earlier room without hesitation. I would absolutely book and stay here again!
