I stayed here the last week of March. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. In spite of that, I would urge everyone to stay away from this hotel. Imagine my shock when my credit card was charged several hundred for room breakage that I had no part in. I forwarded the hotel picture evidence that proves it wasn't me. So far, no response. Stay tuned....
Tried to get in to check in and the lady behind the counter just stared at me trying to get through the door. Just stared at me trying to get in until I had to give up and go back to my car.
Great location and new build. Has a great Italian Steakhouse attached to it as well as an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Within walking distance to endless shopping and food options.
Beautiful hotel! It has a very nice restaurant. The location is near several stores, malls, and restaurants! Great location.
My family and I stayed here a few weeks ago. I check in, via the app, to a specific room on the fifth floor. When we arrived, I was told the room was given to someone else. We were also disappointed to learn that the pool was closed indefinitely. When we got to the room, we discovered that the refrigerator was broken and the AC/heating unit was incredibly loud - like a lawn mower.
