“I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Thornton for 3 nights in September 08/11/2025. Unfortunately, my room was never cleaned during my entire stay. The trash bins filled up, towels were not replaced, and the bed sheets were never changed. The room already had a musty smell when I checked in, and without daily cleaning, it only got worse. When I asked the front desk about housekeeping, no one followed up or offered a solution. For a Hilton property, I expected at least basic cleanliness and service. Nice hotel. Breakfast is served by a restaurant so you have to pay for it. Most hotels that serve free continental breakfast would taste better. An elevator was down. One night they had no extra towels. For what we payed per room it was not worth it. Room was clean.
I had a recent stay in this location during my trip to the Denver/Thornton area. The hotel seems rather new and well maintained, and it’s in a great location, next to the interstate, major shopping mall/retail locations, and some great local restaurants. The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable, and the staff very welcoming and professional. I would strongly recommend it if you are in the area for your next visit.
