Make sure you read the reviews! Do not stay here! This place is not good! The staff are horrible and rude! We have stayed here many times and there it’s always an issue if not with us we watch it with someone else. Last night we watched this crazy front desk lady kick out two different parties two different times and both times she was the crazy one, I’ve never seen anyone in the front desk act the way this lady did! Least hospitable hotel I’ve stayed. Front desk staff has no customer service skills. Usually you are greeted by staff when first arriving at an hotel and at least acknowledged when walking past the front desk but these folks don’t feel the need to greet their guests. The hotel is clean and otherwise seems like a good place to stay. There are good restaurant options in walking distance.
I asked for the Keuriq coffee maker to be replaced since it did not work twice in two days and was told they would get a replacement, and it never happened. The toilet seat in the small bathroom came off and maintenance just tightened it. That last for a day and then came off again. The fridge temperature knob was broken and after I told them front desk twice, nothing was done. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and never refilled.
Too uppity. No free breakfast. Market by front desk selling spoiled food.
