Sono arrivata con prenotazione pagata da agenzia viaggi e l'hotel mi ha addebitato 100 dollari di cauzione e 425 dollari per due notti in doppia. Ad oggi non hanno rimborsato nulla. Pessimo hotel

Comfortable room in a convenient location. We were only in Denver for one day to visit the Art Museum, so having a place close by was important. Our room was spacious and clean with a small bar to make coffee and use the microwave along with a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved being close to both the museum and Union Station in order to take the A train to the airport. The bed was comfortable. Stayed for four nights on the 10th floor, one king bed room. I was able to check in early around noon which was very appreciated for being able to drop my stuff off. The room was spacious and well stocked with normal toiletries. I would say the two hiccups were (1) no alarm clock on the bedside, so having to rely on a phone for the time and (2) the shower pressure was pretty weak as the mechanism to swap from faucet was kind of jammed.
