They have the absolute best staff here!!! Our only complaint would be the old TV in the room isn't a smart TV so we couldn't stream Netflix.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is also perfect and very convenient for getting around downtown Denver. Overall, great service, great atmosphere, and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Originally was going to give 3 stars. Because of the awful and downright unacceptable customer service I have received, I’m giving it 1 and wish I could give it 0. The only thing I enjoyed this entire trip was Malia. She was very nice. Upon arriving, the AC was not working in the room. It was 77°F, with myself, my boyfriend and our 2 dogs. terrible service. extremely rude and dismissive staff. felt scammy. we had trouble with our ac unit the first night of our stay and called maintenance and asked for it to be fixed. they assured us it would be promptly fixed. after having to call maintenance again the next three night the issue was still not fixed. when we asked for our discount since we slept in a room that was about 80 degrees every day they denied us and said we were lying even though we continually had asked for their help. would not recommend unless you ... read more
