If I could leave zero stars I would. The management here is some of the worst I’ve seen. I had left an item in a room and first she lied to me saying the item had been found and they were going to give it to me. Then she said she was confused and misunderstood what the cleaning staff told her. They had me waiting for over an hour. She was rather hostile and definitely not what you’d expect from someone who works in the hospitality business.
