The rooms are very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly
Property is pretty new. Construction isn't great as revealed in noise from adjoining rooms. Location is very handy to Denver airport. Customer is nickel and dimed, specifically, they charge $15 for parking. It's the first time I've ever had to pay for parking in a lot at a non-urban hotel. I guess they want to squeeze everything they can from their customers. In any case, it tarnishes the reputation of Hilton for me.
Property is new, and rooms are clean. Not happy about the parking fee. Didn’t see it when booking. Definitely not used to paying for parking in a property such as this. It’s not like it’s in an urban center or a desirable downtown location. It’s also not a resort. This is enough to make us choose a different property in the future.
