They charged me an incidental fee twice and never refunded it. Hotel was also basic and service was pretty useless
Scheduled 12pm shuttle the night before and in the morning I went to the desk and told them I might be running late and asked for the next one. I was told it was fully booked so I said I would hurry but might miss it. Didn’t end up being late and got there at exactly 12 and they were already gone.
Checked in only to find dead bolt would not work. I went to the desk at 4pm to report and request maintenance to come and repair. I was informed that maintenance has left for the day. Seriously at check in time. The young girl at the counter said there were no options other than to take a lesser category room with no refund or compensation. I requested to speak to the Mgr. but well you guessed it she also had gone home for the day. As a Hiton rewards member I expect more customer service than the not much I can do BS.
