Do not book if you expect to get picked up at the airport. We called for a shuttle and they told old us to call back. So we did and they didn’t answer the phone. We gave up after 30 minutes of unanswered ringing and paid for an uber. Would not recommend.
Very good location, plenty of parking. It's close to places to eat. And only 6 min from the airport! Front desk ladies both evening were very nice too. I forgot a hair brush and the really nice girl from downstairs saved the day with a free comb! The room I was in was really big too! The property felt safe and as a solo female traveler it's very important to feel safe where you are sleeping. Next time I'm in Denver I'll be staying here again.
The Restaurant and Bar is fantastic, the atmosphere and service was as good as any top notch place. Ashley the bartender/ waitress/ host wears many hats and does it great she made me feel at home. And provided professional service.
It was a good experience overall. We arrived on a Thursdsy afternoon and front desk girl was amazingly cordial. Unfortunately, she was the ONLY one this nice. Thank God we also had her at our checked out on Sunday.
Great location, rooms are newer. I called and asked if I could leave my car there while on a trip, they said certainly and never mentioned any sort of cost. When I show up for a trip, I leave my car and then am informed that it's $15 a night to park while staying, and then $10 a night for leaving a car, whatever fine. No big deal. Stay over night Tuesday, catch the shuttle. Then return Saturday. When I check out on Wednesday I then notice it's $15 a night for each night.
