Many things not right 1. No conditioner 2. Smells like dog 3. Batteries in remote dead. No staff to bring some to the room, had to go down there to pick them up. 4. All tv channels show " off line" 5. Eggs were cold. Then we get charged after we are almost done eating. A lady comes over with the bill, I was confused, then she showed us a sign that says this continental breakfast is $15.99. I would never pay that much for that breakfast and then it wasn't great. Ashley was so lovely .. I was supposed to spend time in the mountains and I was stuck in Denver by the airport due to the snow. She made me the best old fashioned and then a bourbon craft cocktail with zero sugar she named the verdant verse. The ambience was relaxing and made me feel better about having to stay by the airport. She was so attentive and gave me the perfect itinerary to spend the rest of my trip. I will be staying at this hotel again with how nice I was cared for.

Hotel is best on the strip.The bar here is amazing, service incredible. Ashley is true mixologist. Go see her!!!!!! She saved my life staying next door. She makes sitting at the bar after a long day of work a great experience
