Do not stay here. Allegedly freshly remodeled, it's gross. No water pressure, no hot water, lighting sucks. Service is meh. TV remote was not working, and the feedback was literally "we don't know what to do". Oh, and the creepy little "Jesus" toys placed throughout the rooms and the hotel are inappropriate. Especially the one over my bed, in my room. When speaking to the manager, her only reassurance was that it was not a camera.

Stayed here two nights on a business trip. Here are a few observations: Parking - plenty of spaces and free, although the spaces are pretty tight. Staff - I didn’t really have any interactions with the staff since I checked in through the app and used phone to access my room. Room - your average room. It was clean and enough space for me flying solo. Air conditioning worked well. If you like a room to be very dark you may find their rooms not dark enough. Norma, the front desk associate when we arrived, was so incredibly helpful to get us a last minute reservation. She was kind and attentive, making us feel welcome even in the middle of the night. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, and the cleaners were so sweet. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay near the airport, as they have a shuttle running to transport you to and from.

The pool was not heated, it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Ice machines on 1st & 2nd floor were out of order. They emailed my daughter that she got to upgrade her room with a 1 bedroom suite, when we got there they said she couldn’t upgrade! Not a good experience! And she had booked 3 rooms!!!
