Upon arrival I waited 5 minutes at an empty reception deck before someone came out. The room smelled of body odor and the toilet clogged with only enough toilet to blow your nose. The air vent in the bathroom has caked on dust that appears to have never been cleaned. The blanket and sheets smell like sweat and BO. The iron had water left in it which is standard item housekeeping is suppoed to address when prepping a room for the next guest. I suggest trying a different Hilton in the area.

Howard Tocman 4:58 PM (1 minute ago) to no-reply Poor room and front desk service. Small bathroom with a large door opening out towards the main door. Door improperly hung so that it would bang against the main door. There was no complimentary water in our room, so I called the front desk. She said she could not hear me and that I would have to call with my cell phone. I called with my cell and she said no one could bring it up and I would have to come down and get it. Checking in was a little rough. Had digital key and room. Stopped to ask for a regular key and she said $25 because it was an hour before. Gold member was able to get key. I am only silver. Lol We were able to get key when staff changed. Night staff was amazing. Parking lot is really dark. Lot of young males walking around. Night staff handled that. Easy to get to airport and return rental car.
