Room was nice and very spacious, breakfast was also very good , the negative pillows were just a little to large and hard causing neck to be stiff , did not sleep well as bed dipped in the middle and was also hard, and the last , coffee cups in dining area were very dirty with huge coffee rings , and the last there was popcorn seeds and other food particles on floor , and garden tub and bathtub I had to clean myself as they were both dirty

Fantastic stay. staff could not do enough to ensure a pleasant time. The room was clean. Hotel is beautiful. Mel at the bar was fabulous and the front desk staff were just a delight, especially Micha have to say she is just a credit to the whole hotel was more than happy to help in every way she could and a pleasure to talk to, especially with that beautiful British accent. Myself and my granddaughter will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to family and friends

I would give negative 10 stars if I could. To start off with the door of the room was not aligned correctly and it was VERY difficult to open. My husband is a fire chief and was concerned about someone frail or elderly being in the room, having a fire or other emergency and being unable to get out. It took over 24 hours to get towels after stopping by the front desk twice. Asking for towels 4 times in the app and calling the front desk twice. Why 2 stars? Apparently even though I was told they served dinner, they don't every evening (it's Friday) Not that big a deal, and the small print on their website does say "breakfast daily and dinner Mon -Thu." But seems no one on the staff knew that. Seems a bit odd to me, bit maybe they just cater to business guests who are there primarily on weekdays.
