This is the worst hilton property I have stayed at. I travel for business and am in many hotels on a normal basis. Upon checking in yesterday my 1st room had black mold on the ceiling. I went to the front desk and Bree (who is wonderful) promptly switched my room. Walked into the next room, the bathroom has no ventilation which probably is the reasoning for the mold, the air conditioning unit is incredibly loud, and I can hear every cough and sniffle from next door. I hate to say I will not be back to this Hilton property.
We visited this hotel for our granddaughters graduation. We loved the location with shopping close as well as restaurants. Kudos to Bree and the other front desk employees. They were awesome. Overall everything was fine. There may have been some small damages to doors in the room that may need some touch up. You do need to let housekeeping know to clean your rooms. Overall we loved it here, and if ever in Dayton again we would definitely return here!
The bed side light didn't work. But the ladies at the desk night and morning are incredible. Genuinely helpful and caring. Best I've seen anywhere. Yes I'd stay again

Excellent experience this year. Great staff. Rooms are comfortable and quiet although starting to show their tenure.
