Not worth $200 side door entrances broken, house keeping banged on door at 9am interrupting my morning
Stayed two nights at this Hilton Garden Inn, and the second night there my truck was broken into. To be fair, this is a constant occurrence at Hilton hotels in Columbus that do not have night parking security (I know because I had this happen at a different Hilton hotel in Columbus a few months earlier). I have been disappointed with this Hilton Garden Inn hotel because the management has not reached out to me after this event occured and hasn't shown any concern about my continued support for the hotel chain. It's OK and Nice, BUT ... First of all, we received a dirty room. They should out of the system those rooms. You request to refresh your room and nothing.
