When we got there it took forever to check in, even after already paying online. The staff acted almost annoyed. The place wasn't very clean, the same trash on the floor of the elevator was still there when we checked out the following day, carpet was atrocious and the floors of the room were sticky feeling even my shoes were making sounds walking on it. First time EVER in Ohio. Just spent one night and my trucks front passenger side window was smashed in. And my truck ransacked! I had a regular room with a sleeper sofa in it. The sofa was disgustingly stained. I didn't even put my bags on it. The only thing that was decent was the staff. They were wicked nice. They were very helpful with my vehicle after being broken into. I can't say enough about how nice they were. Othe than them I have ZERO desire to ever go back again.
The front desk person and manager were rude, they didn't listen. The manager just walked off while we were talking. Clean room and bathroom but the body lotion bottle was empty. The breakfast attendant was on her phone and didn't acknowledge us until we want to order. They were out of coffee twice and each time we had to ask for coffee.
