First time EVER in Ohio. Just spent one night and my trucks front passenger side window was smashed in. And my truck ransacked! I had a regular room with a sleeper sofa in it. The sofa was disgustingly stained. I didn't even put my bags on it. The only thing that was decent was the staff. They were wicked nice. They were very helpful with my vehicle after being broken into. I can't say enough about how nice they were. Othe than them I have ZERO desire to ever go back again.
The front desk person and manager were rude, they didn't listen. The manager just walked off while we were talking. Clean room and bathroom but the body lotion bottle was empty. The breakfast attendant was on her phone and didn't acknowledge us until we want to order. They were out of coffee twice and each time we had to ask for coffee.
Night 2 we requested towels and were told no. Come back after 8am for some. We were leaving by 7am so what good is that??! We used a pillow case and my makeup towel. The conditioner and shower gel were empty. They did not give clean ice bucket liner. The tissues were empty and never replaced the whole stay. Lucky I had travel size toiletries.
