Great Location -close to shopping and eateries. The staff was great, we had a hot room and the air conditioner did not work but they immediately switched our room- Thank you Conor and Liz!

I booked this hotel for my bestfriend and her husband for the night of their wedding. They did not have any hot water, food was left in the refrigerator from previous guest, the railing in the bathroom was unsafe, the phone in the room didn't work for them to be able to call the front desk so they had to go all the way downstairs to report it, and the pool wasn't not available, without notice. First room had serious issues even black mould , and the ice machine didn't work and a pool is out of order and the a t m is dysfunctional , but the staff were excellent , I would give them five stars They did correct the room and gave us a better room , which was very decent And again , the axel staff were excellent breakfast there very mediocre.
