Our children were looking forward to an indoor pool so much. The pool hours were clearly listed 7 am - 10 pm: Saturday night the pool was already closed by 9:30 pm, so no swimming. Next morning woke up early to hit pool and again closed. Front desk said people are sleeping. Are you serious? Completely disappointed. Would never stay here again.
Overall very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, and staff was nice. The only downside is that we were charged for breakfast for one day of eating. I wish they would’ve been clear on what was free versus what we were charged. Overall, alright stay, nothing lavish, but basics were met
I really wanted to like this hotel but it ruined our trip. When waking up after our only night there, we packed up and went out to the car at 9, only to realize that it had been broken into. There were about 10 other people standing outside dealing with the same issue. The hotel just… didn’t have cameras facing that area of the parking lot— but the cameras faced every other direction other than where they were pointed? Awesome staff, clean hotel and very convenient to outside amenities
VEHICLES BROKEN INTO!!!!! DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLES WHILE STAYING IN THE POLARIS AREA! VEHICLES WERE BROKEN INTO AT THIS LOCATION. Total of 34 in our parking lot were broken into windows smashed in, cops took upwards of 3 hours to report from what others stated… Many people lost valuables such as work phones, keys, cords, money, and other valuable things.
