Horrible hotel experience. Only one towel in room, no cleaning service for a 2 day stay, front desk overwhelmed! Then over 20 cars broken into Sunday morning including both my daughters and my truck. Gangs looking for guns is what we were told and nothing the hotel could do!! Maybe if I was warned about break ins my daughter would not have gone out by herself in the morning. A man was assaulted also! Not a safe area! Read reviews before staying anywhere!!!
Do not under any circumstances stay at this hotel. The first night of our stay (a Thursday), 10-15 cars in the parking lot (one which was mine) were broken into and had their windows busted. Two nights later, it happened again. When a friend asked how my car was I thought he was joking. Mine was spared the second time, but another friend who still had plastic on his previously broken window, had another window busted! The hotel itself seems incredibly under-staffed. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Personal property was stolen right out of my room, and when I reported it, the manager, Brad, promised compensation. Not only did I never receive anything, but my calls and follow-ups were completely ignored. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. Guests should feel safe in their own rooms—clearly, this hotel cannot provide that. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere
Let me start by saying this I stay at the Hilton more than 150 times a year. I travel for work and this is my place that I like to stay at all different types of Hilton’s. With that being said my experience at this particular Hilton has maybe been the worst as a diamond member I always get my food and beverage credit And I pay separately with a card.
