No mention that key cards don’t work on the doors in the back parking lot so that was convenient after we already unloaded. Overpriced for practically no amenities. Absolutely reeks of mildew! Save the money and stay somewhere else. I’ve stayed in Dublin many times for tournaments and will never recommend this hotel!!
We were in Dublin for a hockey tournament. The hotel was only a few minutes from the rink, so location worked well. That was probably the best thing about the hotel though. In the beginning, staff was very friendly & accommodated us with 2 rooms near one another as requested. However, in one room there was black mold all around the thermostat. Good location, room was clean, didn’t get access to any amenities, the key cards wouldn't open the side doors, fitness room and looks to have the pool closed. Fire alarms have been going off since probably 10 am this morning it’s now 4pm typing this review. Even had someone come in my room to test the alarm. I get they are doing their job but they have been going off non stop since this morning, had to actively leave and walk outside instead of being able to use any of the amenities it says it offers.
