I hate saying bad things but its important. No recognition for gold status. Had our son staying with us so the couch pull out needed to be made. When we got there even though we said we had 3 people there were no sheets. We called and asked for them. 40 minutes later we had to call again. Sheets had blood stains and the blanket had blood stains on it. We called and asked for another set. They never came so we all slept in the one bed. This was the worst hilton we have stayed in.
