The room they put us in was outdated and probably 20 years old. When we first walked in, we smelled mold. The carpet felt wet and sticky. We got grossed out and could not walk on the carpet barefooted. We went to the front desk and we were promised a new room at 4pm. They never called us back that day. The staff was very courteous. The early morning breakfast was excellent. I was particular impressed with the breakfast attendant "Aliyah". She did an excellent job of maintaining a clean dining area. The counter tops were meticulously cleaned. The food station was well organized.. Great job, Aliyah!!

My wife and checked in on March 5th for a two-night stay for an athletic event nearby. Upon approaching the front desk we were told it would be a few minutes as the clerk searched for our reservation. Once that was settled we were given directions to the parking garage. Two nights parking... $80.00! Then try to maneuver through the extremely tight, maze of columns and wedge a vehicle (VW Jetta) into a space fit for a Mini-Cooper. My daughter left her Kobe basketball shoes in the room after checking out. We knew exactly where we left them. However, now the Maid and Housekeeping staff have not turned anything in to Lost and Found. Multiple attempts to reach Housekeeping have gone no where. I'm seeking the General Managers information but that is hard to locate as well.

If I could give this hotel zero stars it would be well deserved. Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star. Although, to me one star is entirely to much for them. With great dissatisfaction me and my family stayed at Home 2 Suites here in Mt. Juliet, TN. Their housekeeping entered our room without our knowledge that they were coming in. AWESOME Front Desk and Restaurant Staff. Our most significant challenge was the cleaning staff, particularly the young lady assigned to our room. SHE NEVER CLEANED IT. The only thing she did during our four-night stay was make our bed once (and she didn't change the sheets). She also didn't vacuum. Admittedly, we erred on the second day as this is an "every other day" cleaning location (which is horrible considering how much it costs). Had a great stay, wonderful location 5 minutes from Bridge Park. Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was good and server was friendly.
