First I want to say all the staff I talked to were really nice. Now for the rest. Getting to the hotel is a little weird. It is very close to the airport but just getting to the hotel was a little creepy. One of the two elevators did not work all week. So you had to wait forever on the one working elevator. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND, DON'T MAKE RESERVATIONS! We booked this hotel last minute after our flight was canceled. When we arrived, a staff member told us there was no electricity in the hotel due to the heavy rain and that we could cancel free of charge. Since we had booked through Booking.com, they asked us to contact Booking.com, so we left and stayed elsewhere. This was pretty rough. The elevators have been on and off through the weekend. The desk chair wasn't useable because it was bent to the right. The toilet didn't flush unless you held it for 5-10 seconds. On the other hand the staff was polite, the room and first floor was clean, and breakfast was pretty good.
Now that I've received my final bill, I can be really honest. I'd steer clear of the hotel this Labor Day weekend and maybe next weekend. They only have partial power due to a storm (in which I've seen worse living in the south) and probably no generators and ain't no telling if the power company came back to restore it or not.
