At 2AM my daughter was repositioning her pillow and we found glasses under them, clearly from whoever stayed before us. Obviously they didn’t change the sheets and just remade the bed. My husband told the front desk he found the glasses under the pillow and we obviously slept on dirty sheets. She just said yeah, I’ll make sure to let housekeeping know. The pool was also not clean. The back door was open and the hot tub had a lot of bugs in it. There were also empty beer bottles/cans and bottle caps everywhere in the morning.... read more
The Hilton crosses T's and dots I's
Nice place, upgraded lobby, missing the closeness of the Sheraton, RIP, but this is nice for the shuttles and dinner and breakfast meal availability and extra small shop for incidentals and snack and drink options. No free breakfast with the room cost. The rooms are nice, choose the odd numbered rooms as they face the wooded back lot and not a lot of extra light... the room shades are terrible for leaking light in off the front parking lot lights. Super close to the airport. Fantastic room. Bed was super comfortable. Looked and smelled clean and fresh. Definitely will be my go to for a hotel on Cleveland for business. And a shuttle to the airport is provided. Just ask them at time of check in about it.
