Room and facilities are nice enough, but had a disappointing experience with the shuttle. Checked in with my family of four at 7:30pm and was told that the only available shuttle for my flight was 5am - about three hours before my ETD - because shuttles were full. Apparently the shuttle’s load capacity in nine people. Hard to understand how an “airport hotel” has a shuttle with such low capacity. If you’re looking for a hotel with airport shuttle access - look elsewhere.
$20 parking, $18 to grab a sausage for breakfast on the way to the airport. No remote for the computer monitor sized tv. No ice machine on the floor. Smells like weed in the elevators and halls.
Excellent experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Location is very convenient for airport access, which made travel so much easier. The amenities were great and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Cleveland - it's become my go-to choice when I'm in the area. Will definitely be staying here again on future trips!
