There is NO POOL OR HOT TUB!! The cook didn't show up so no breakfast either! When I asked about online photos showing pool and hot tub I was told Google won't let Hilton remove the photos.
Staff is rude. Never again.
We had an absolutely awful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Clarksburg Bridgeport. The room reeked with a strong odor of cat urine. We immediately notified the front desk about the odor. They were unable to accommodate us in another room but ensured us that maintenance would stop by to address the issue. Maintenance never came to the room on the first night. I called for an 8:30 am wake up call. I called the front desk, and she told me that she was very busy to call. I also told her about the shampoo that was to be supplied by the hotel that I did not have and there was no concern about it. At this point we need to stay one more night. I am disappointed with the no concern.
