I am currently a guest at your Sharonville location, and I would like to express my concerns regarding my stay. On Sunday night, May 11, 2026, around 11:50 PM, I arrived to check in for an already-paid reservation. Unfortunately, it took the front desk staff over an hour to get me into my room.
