I checked in and immediately noticed an unpleasant smell in the lobby. I initially wrote it off, but unfortunately, it only got worse from there. When I entered my room, it smelled strongly of mildew. The room itself felt extremely humid, and the carpet felt damp and grimy under my feet. After walking barefoot on it, I felt the need to wash my feet. I kept my shoes on for the rest of my time in the room and promptly packed all of my belongings back up and left shortly after check in. I

This review could have been avoided just acknowledging what the issues were. Where to start, on my check in day the side door didn’t work. Promised to have it fixed and it wasn’t. The pool was out of service the entire stay. But the cherry on the Sunday was going to my truck that was broken into. At no point did management do anything to acknowledge that it happened. The touchless check in was simple and the phone key worked well. You need to like hard beds. The pool seemed to be open to children well after 10pm. Don't pick rooms near the pool, too noisy. At midnight and 5am it sounded like a hippo and crocodile were reenacting a dance from Fantasia, from the ceiling. The breakfast was not good.
